Thayer Selleck
Thayer Selleck is the Founder and CEO of Selleck Staffing LLC.
As a leader in the technology recruiting and sales space, Thayer has built strong partnerships with managers, directors, and executives at some of the world’s largest technology companies, including AT&T, IBM, and Kyndryl. Selleck Staffing delivers an innovative approach to technology staffing and aspires to become a premier provider in the industry.
Thayer began his entrepreneurial journey in 2014 as the co-founder of Plova Chewing Gum, a company that developed a product designed to promote oral hygiene on the go. The team won $5,000 in the preliminary round of the Stumberg New Venture Competition and went on to secure the $25,000 grand prize in the finals. They later competed in Cupid’s Cup, the largest business plan competition in the country, hosted by Kevin Plank, Founder and Executive Chairman of Under Armour. The judges included Kevin Plank, Arianna Huffington, Dan Gilbert, and Wes Moore. The team placed third overall and received the “Best Entrepreneur” award.
After earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing in 2018, Thayer joined Insight Global—the second-largest technology staffing agency in the U.S. He worked there from January 2018 to April 2023, refining his expertise in technical recruiting and sales. In 2023, Thayer combined his grassroots entrepreneurial experience with his industry knowledge to launch Selleck Staffing LLC.

Our Statement of Work (SOW) services are offered under two primary engagement models: Time & Materials (T&M) and Fixed Fee contracts. These models are designed to establish clear deliverables and defined timelines for project completion.
